We offer two packages: The Dual Speaker Package is $150/night (includes 2 JBL 710 speakers and 2 power cords). The Ultimate Party Package is $200/night (includes 2 JBL 710 speakers, 2 wireless microphones, and a fog machine). Both packages include delivery, pickup, and setup assistance. A night is a 24-hour rental period from the time of drop-off.
Our rental period is 24 hours from the time we drop off the equipment. For example, if we deliver at 5 PM on Friday, we'll pick up at 5 PM on Saturday. This gives you plenty of time to set up, enjoy your event, and clean up afterward without feeling rushed!
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. We'll discuss the details when you book. The deposit is refundable as long as the equipment is returned in good condition.
Yes, you'll need to sign a simple liability waiver before your rental. This is a standard document that confirms you understand the rental terms and your responsibility for the equipment during your rental period. It's quick and easy—you can sign it digitally.
Yes. You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during your rental period. This is outlined in the liability waiver you'll sign before renting.
However, normal wear and tear is expected and covered—we understand equipment gets used! If damage occurs, let us know immediately. We'll assess it fairly and work with you on repair costs. Minor issues typically won't affect your deposit.
You are responsible for the equipment's security during your rental. If the equipment is stolen, you'll be liable for replacement costs. We recommend keeping the speakers in a secure, supervised area during your event and bringing them indoors when not in use.
Normal wear and tear includes minor scuffs from regular use, fingerprints, dust, and similar cosmetic issues that don't affect performance. This is expected and won't affect your deposit.
Damage includes things like broken speakers, torn grilles, malfunctioning electronics, water damage, missing parts, or anything that affects the equipment's function or requires repair/replacement.
Best practices:
If repair or replacement costs exceed your deposit amount, you'll be responsible for paying the difference. We'll provide you with documentation of the damage and repair costs. We always try to be fair and reasonable, but significant damage or lost equipment will require full compensation.
We offer 24/7 emergency support during your rental period. If anything goes wrong, just text us and we'll help you troubleshoot or come out to fix the issue if needed.
